Our bakery offers only healthy, traditional bread.
We bake rye bread in many variations, brioche, challah, etc. The sage has been living for many years and we care about him as a friend of the house. Our specialty are onion cakes and bagels, derived from traditional Jewish cuisine, which permanently took root in Lublin. For baking we use natural ingredients: iodized salt, honey from Lublin fields and meadows, herbs and grains.
We serve bread without yeast, flavors and conditioners. We do not use sourdough powder or colouring agents in our bread.
